Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

  • Currently, I ship within the U.S. only. For international requests, please reach out directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the energetic and handcrafted nature of my items, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll make it right.

Product Use & Safety

All aromatherapy blends and healing tools are created with natural, high-quality ingredients. While they are crafted with care and spiritual intention, please use all products as directed and consult your veterinarian or medical provider if you have specific health concerns — for you or your animal.
