I’ve always known I was here to help animals and the people who love them.
Even as a child, I felt the pull to care, to connect, and to understand. Animals have always spoken to me in ways that never needed words. And as I moved through life, through hardship and healing, I began to understand something even deeper.
I was here to help dogs feel safe in the world.
And to help humans become the steady, compassionate leaders their dogs need.
This work is not just what I do.
It is who I am.

I have lived through a lot.
I grew up in a home filled with fear, control, and silence.
I survived all forms of abuse; emotional, physical, spiritual, and more.
I became a mother at twenty and raised two incredible children, including my brave non-binary child.
I have been a military wife, a single mom, a caregiver to aging parents, and a woman who had to rebuild her life piece by piece.
I have walked through chronic illness and unbearable grief.
I lost my soul dog Willow and my heart dog Rocky, two companions who carried me through my darkest seasons. Their loss shattered me. But they also became part of the reason I do this work now.
Through it all, I kept showing up.
For myself.
For my children.
For the dogs.
For the people who needed more than dog training. They needed someone who could truly see them and help them understand what their dog was trying to show them.

What I offer now is so much more than dog training.
Yes, I have over 15 years of experience as a certified dog trainer. That foundation is strong. But behavior is never just about behavior. It is a message. A symptom. A mirror.
Your dog is not broken.
They are trying to adapt.
They are trying to speak.
And my role is to help you hear them, clearly and compassionately.
I support dogs with anxiety, reactivity, trauma, chronic conditions, and emotional overwhelm. I work with the whole dog. Their mind. Their body. Their nervous system. Their environment. And I support you too, by helping you become the calm, clear, and confident leader they can trust.
This work is not black and white.
It is layered.
It is relational.
It is intuitive, science-based, and rooted in respect.
Yes, we might work on leash skills and routines.
We might talk about leadership, body language, or behavioral patterns.
But we will also talk about trust.
And what your dog needs from you to feel safe and understood.
You deserve peace.
Your dog deserves peace.
Your home deserves peace.
And it is possible.
I am not a therapist.
But I am a safe space.
A teacher. A coach. A guide.
If you are ready to do more than fix behavior,
If you are ready to build something meaningful and lasting with your dog,
I am here.
For your dog.
For your leadership.
For the life you want to create together.
